An Initial consultation and Follow up appointments

All clients must have a 75 minute initial consultation and first treatment appointment (£70) before booking any course or program. This is so Anna can go through your medical history and make sure you are booking onto the right course of treatment plan for you. All follow up appointments are one hour and cost £60.

Book a course of treatments

By booking a course of reflexology sessions you are really prioritising your health and well-being. In consultation with Anna you can choose how far apart to space your treatments. Most people opt to have a cluster of appointments close together, either weekly or fortnightly to begin with. This helps the body to adjust to and respond more quickly to treatments. Once Anna, and the client, feel their symptoms have improved significantly, then moving to a "maintenance" treatment every three, four or even six weeks is common practice.

Not only that, booking a course of treatments is the most cost effective way of receiving regular reflexology.

Treatments can be bought in courses of 3 or 6 and must be paid for in advance.* All clients must have had an initial consultation before commencing a course of treatment.​

A course of 3 reflexology treatments - £165 save £15

A course of 6 reflexology treatments (6 for the price of 5) - £300 save £60

*All courses of three must be used within a 6 month period and courses of 6 within a 12 month period before they expire. Courses are non transferable and non refundable.
