Menopause Plus - £85 per 75 minute session or £400 for the course of 5 (save £25)

Menopause plus is a course of 5 reflexology treatments combined with lifestyle advice. As well as receiving a 40 minute reflexology treatment at each session, we will also look at ways in which you can adjust your lifestyle to further support your menopausal journey.

 

Menopause is a natural process and it is a journey that women will come through. Whilst perimenopause and menopause can be a pretty tough time for many women there are things that we can do that may help. On average we spend a third to a half of our lives post menopause, so we need to embrace this as a time for us to decide who we want to be for the rest of our lives and make plans for how we can achieve it - this may mean lifestyle changes need to be made to help ensure that we transition through to healthy ageing.

 

This course introduces you to the five pillars for a healthy menopause which are actually foundations for healthy ageing too. At the beginning of the course we identify key symptoms of menopause you are struggling with and chart their progress across the course. The five sessions look at the following:

  1. Nutrition

  2. Exercise

  3. Managing stress levels

  4. Getting good quality sleep

  5. Find enjoyment and purpose

​

At each of these sessions I encourage you to have an honest look at your current lifestyle and identify where there could be a few tweaks – then pick one change and try it for 2-3 weeks to see how you feel. Don’t try to make too many changes at once and choose something that is achievable for you.
