This is the program for you if you if feel like your menopausal symptoms are overwhelming you, you don't feel like yourself, and you don't know what to do about it. Together we will explore what symptoms you are experiencing and develop a bespoke lifestyle plan to support you effectively through your menopausal journey. With my experience as a women's wellness coach I can guide you to explore what the menopause means to you and identify the goals you have for the next chapter of your life. In addition you can experience a course of deeply relaxing and rebalancing reflexology treatments
that aim to reduce your stress and anxiety, aid sleep and regulate your hormones naturally.

 

Why is it needed? 

Menopause is a natural process and it is a journey that all women go through but there is still a lot of misinformation and mystery surrounding it. On social media at the moment there is a lot of noise about the subject which can feel overwhelming and often contradictory and we just don't know what to do for the best. The Menopause Plus program can help filter out the noise and give you some practical steps to feeling better and becoming a happier and healthier you. 

 

What actually is the menopause?

The average age for menopause in the UK is 51 years old. It is just one day which marks 12 months since your last period. From then on you are considered post menopausal.  Everything leading up to that day is your perimenopause. It is during the perimenopause that we can experience some really challenging physical and mental changes which can hugely impact how we feel. From brain fog, to low energy, hot flushes and night sweats, to achy joints and poor sleep. The list goes on. This stage can last from 4-10 years and can start as early as our late thirties/early forties.

 

What is the Menopause Plus program?

The Menopause Plus program introduces you to the five pillars for a healthy menopause which are actually foundations for healthy ageing too. At the beginning of the course we identify key symptoms of menopause you are struggling with and chart their progress across the course. The five sessions look at the following:

  1. Nutrition

  2. Exercise

  3. Managing stress levels

  4. Getting good quality sleep

  5. Finding enjoyment and purpose

At each of these sessions I encourage you to have an honest look at your current lifestyle and identify where there could be a few tweaks – then you pick one change and try it for 2-3 weeks to see how you feel. Don’t try to make too many changes at once and choose something that is achievable for you. Alongside this I provide you with coaching to support you in making these changes and helping you overcome potential emotional barriers, anxieties or limiting beliefs that you may have about these issues. Together we create a bespoke lifestyle plan that matches your individual menopause journey giving you the confidence to know best how to support yourself through this life stage.

What about the reflexology?

As part of the Menopause Plus Program I offer reflexology treatments to run alongside your coaching sessions. Not only does this greatly help manage your stress (pillar three) but as a therapy reflexology is also able to help balance your hormones naturally, support your sleep and bring balance back to the body.

What if I don't want the reflexology?

If you feel that reflexology is not the way you would like to manage your stress and you would prefer to just have coaching I can remove the reflexology element from the program for you.​

​

What if I don't want coaching?

I offer Managing Menopause reflexology treatments. You can book these after having an initial consultation and treatment with me (£70). Follow up sessions are £60 for an hour's reflexology treatment and I also offer courses of three (£165) or six treatments (£300).
