Payment terms

Payment can be made by card on the day. Payment can also be made in advance by bank transfer. To take advantage of the discounted course prices, payment must be made in advance. If payment is not received before the first session of the course the practitioner has the right to refuse treatment.

All booked and paid for treatments must be used within 12 months after which, they expire.

Cancellation policy

As a small business it is very impactful if clients cancel at short notice or miss appointments. For this reason I ask for 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. This way I can try and fill your appointment from my waiting list. Missed appointments or sessions cancelled at short notice will be charged in full and an invoice will be sent to you. If you have pre-paid or booked a course of sessions you can reschedule appointments if more than 48 hours notice is given. Without sufficient notice that session will be considered fulfilled. All appointments and courses are non transferable and non refundable.

Verulam Reflexology has the right to refuse to treat a person if they are in anyway abusive; this includes the cancellation of any and all prepaid sessions. You may also be refused treatment if you do not adhere to the health and safety guidelines.
